When you sign up with DC Fit 10 we make sure we check on you in between sessions, answer your fitness related questions, and always put your interest first.Every session is personalized. DC Fit 10 rates are based on the education, certifications, and experience that Coach Cordova has gained over her 20+ years in the industry. We list our rates upfront so you do not have to listen to any
sales pitches or be sold on anything additional.

It gives you a chance to ask questions about DC Fit 10's approach and helps us to create the best program for you. We design your program based on your goals and what you want to get from your training.Many of our clients have come to us after taking a break from training or starting training for the first time.We perform various movement techniques and neurological drills to ensure that you are building the ultimate machine with your body. We focus on correcting movements that are hindering your body and teach you how to move better. We focus on getting you to build new movement patterns, move more efficiently, and move more.Our methodology is to build you up from the ground up. We want to make sure you have a strong foundation before we add anything to it. Our first few sessions will focus more on movement patterns than high intensity, but you will always be working! We want you to activate, strengthen, mobilize, and stabilize your entire body and move often and freely.We promise to challenge you when needed, and pullback where we see fit. Virtual Team Training has evolved over the last few years. We pride ourselves on the community that we have created amongst our clients, even virtually. If you are looking for a supportive team environment, log on and train with us. The bonus of virtual training is that we mute all of our participants so you can sing as loud as you like to all the throwback music we play during our sessions.We design each session to give you a great workout, while offering regressions and progressions as needed to ensure you always have a great training session. If you are getting back into training or have been training for awhile, we got you. We will help you to get moving and stay moving.If you are new to DC Fit 10 and interested in joining one of our sessions please sign up for one of our Meet & Greet sessions to ensure we are the right fit for you. We highly recommend that you are injury free and/or have worked 1:1 with DC Fit 10 before attending our Team Training sessions. We look forward to meeting you!

Log on and have fun with us!All of our sessions incorporate a full body workout. You will be pushing and pulling, mixed in with some plyometrics, all the while moving through all planes of motion. Each session will be different based on the timer used. Some days we will focus more on strength and some days we will do more cardio, but everyday we will be having fun!
